Q: What subject(s) do you teach?
A:I teach Agriculture Science and Communication Applications.
Q: What made you want to be a teacher?
A: I became a teacher because I love working with people and sharing information about the subject I am passionate about. Teaching about agriculture and helping guide students into the subject is a lot of fun for me.
Q: What is your favorite part of working with high school teacher?
A: My favorite part of being a high school teacher is the relationships I build with my students. I travel a lot with FFA students and that allows me to get to know them very well.
Q: How did you decide what subject(s) you wanted to teach?
A:I worked in the agriculture and veterinary fields for many years. Choosing to teach those classes was a natural choice for me.
Q: What is something your students might not know about you?
A: Something students may not know about me is I completed a Half Ironman triathlon in April, and I am planning on running the Chicago marathon next year.
